APPEARANCE
Roșu Împărat stands out through its deep ruby color, with warm copper and dark red highlights that catch the light in an elegant way. Caramelized malts give the beer depth of color and an attractive sheen, complemented by a dense, velvety, and long-lasting foam. Its clear appearance and rich hues immediately suggest a beer full of character.
AROMA
The aroma is rich and rounded, dominated by notes of caramel and roasted malt. Hints of toffee and baked bread emerge, subtly intertwined with light citrus tones from the hops. The aromatic profile is warm and well balanced, with a pleasant sweetness that invites the first sip.
TASTE
The taste is harmonious and well balanced, built around a generous malt backbone. The gentle sweetness of caramelized malts is supported by subtle roasted notes and completed by a mild bitterness (IBU 23) that enhances rather than overpowers the experience.
